The 22nd edition of the FIFA U-20 World Cup takes place in Poland from 23 May to 15 June 2019.

Poland was designated host pay by the FIFA Council in March 2018. India was also a candidate but was not selected because of the weather conditions during the competition period.

 24 teams will take part in the competition. Poland is automatically qualified as a host
country.

  Any player born after 1 January 1999 may participate in the tournament.

 the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup, will kick off on May 23 and will continue until June 15.
