The Europa League 2017-2018 is the 47th edition of the Europa League, the second most prestigious European Cup of European clubs. Created by UEFA, the qualifiers of the competition are open to the football clubs of UEFA member associations, qualified according to their good results in the championship or national cup.

The associations in places 1 to 51 of the UEFA 2016 ranking have 3 qualified clubs - with the exception of Liechtenstein with only one qualified club.
     The associations in places 52 to 54 have 2 qualified clubs.
