Qualification at the 2019 African Nations Cup of Nations brings together 51 African national teams to qualify 23 teams to play in the finals, in addition to Cameroon, which is automatically qualified as the host country.

Cameroon is automatically qualified as organizing country, it still participates in qualifying. He will play against each of these three opponents and all matches are taken into account in the final standings.


If Cameroon finish first of the group, the 2nd team of the group is qualified.
