The Liga NOS 2017-18: League table and Matchs 09-10-11 January 2018

The 2017-2018 Portuguese Football Championship, or Liga NOS, is the 84th edition of the Portuguese Football Championship.

18 teams compete at the top of the elite of Portuguese football, including the first six of last season, as well as the two promoted by the Ledman Liga PRO 2016-2017

Each club is confronted twice with the seventeen others according to the principle of matches back and forth.


At the end of the season, the top five teams qualify for European competitions. The succession of average results of the Portuguese teams at the European level leads to a loss of two places in the ranking by association for Portugal.
